Baader soft tissue separator combined solutions

A Combination of Kolbe AWM 130 grinder and BAADER 601 separator is an efficient two-step processing solution where the raw material is first ground and then the prepared, more homogeneous raw material is fed directly into the separator. The system is based on the fact that the product structure is loosened during the pre-milling process, resulting in a more efficient and gentle separation in the BAADER 601 separator. The material is continuously fed from the grinder through a tube into the separator, ensuring uniform feed and stable operation.

This technological design is particularly advantageous, as it reduces mechanical stress on the separator, increases yield and improves the quality of the final product.
