Main Features and Operating Principles:

  • Design and Durability: The machine is equipped with stainless steel legs, rollers and chain guard. It has strong, chrome-plated drive shafts and a gearbox reinforced with 5 pivots.
  • Knocking: Newly developed tires on the axles and rear wall, with reinforced locking, help to ensure efficient mechanical hair removal.
  • Control and Cleaning: Controlled on the left 16, with head cleaner and extra high sliding lid.
  • Operating principle: The heating threads of the hot tub ensure the optimum set water temperature. Hair removal is performed by paddles mounted on two opposing rotating shafts. Once the pig has been de-haired for the correct length of time, it can be removed from the machine by means of the push-out mechanism.
