A Haas type „David 200” is a robust, stainless steel, fully automated boiling and draining line designed for efficient pig processing in medium to large slaughterhouses. The system has a built-in flame bridge and external control cabinet. The equipment performs the entire skinning process automatically, guaranteeing perfect results.
- Type: Professional automatic soldering and brazing line with integrated flame bridge.
- Capacity: For medium and large slaughterhouses with a capacity of 40-45 pigs/hour.
- Function: It performs soldering, plucking and hair removal fully automatically.
- Structure: Made of robust stainless steel.
- Technology: Through-blade scalding (3 pigs/water), two-axis scalding and flame slow fine cleaning.
- Controls: With external control cabinet and automatic temperature control.
- Weight limit: Max. approx. 270 kg/pig.
Brand: Hubert Haas
System Elements and Operating Principle:
- Rotating Technology (Turn O-matic 200.06):
- The transfer blades in the scalding vat ensure that the pig spends the right amount of time for optimum retention time.
- The electric heating capacity is 50 kW, the water volume is about 2000 litres.
- The water temperature is kept at 62°C by automatic control.
- 3 pigs can be in the tub at the same time.
- Tiller mechanism (Type „David” 200):
- The plucking is performed by 36 plucking blades mounted on two opposing rotating shafts, which mechanically remove the hair by moving the pig carcass.
- The exhaust motor has a power of 5.5 kW.
- Aftercare and Cleaning (Flame Bridge):
- After plucking, a built-in flame bridge (with 9 adjustable stainless steel burners) removes any remaining fine hairs.
- Flame monitoring is provided by an electronic control from the central control unit.
